The activated carbon used in the filter is made from natural coconut shells, and it is certified by IAPMO against NSF/ANSI 42 Standard, effectively reducing chlorine, taste, and odor. Users should confirm whether they are allergic to the coconut-based activated carbon.

Compared to the original brand, AQUACREST Filters are much more affordable without sacrificing quality or standards. Although the housing material is different, the filter is designed to fit the original brand and has the same filtration performance.
